Walk 100 Miles in 100 Days Kick-Off

Healthy Berkeley and The Wellness Center@ Berkeley Medical Center/WVU Medicine University Healthcare are teaming up to bring you Walk 100 Miles in 100 Days. The goal of this 15-week program is to motivate you to get active by encouraging you to walk at least 1 mile everyday for 100 days.
Record at least 100 miles (max 12 miles per week allowable) and turn in log form at the end of the program for a commemorative t-shirt. Other forms of cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise are encouraged: 20 minutes of aerobic exercise equals 1 mile.
